What I'd like to see in an A16M

Well, other than the great Sony 16mp sensor coupled with Ricoh's magic microlenses on the corners.

I'd love to see a macro function integrated on the lens mount. The fiddly RF mechanism isn't there so register isn't as much as a worry, so why not integrate something like the hawk's adapter helicoid right into tube beneath the chrome M mount? It would be great to be able to focus closer than the MFD on most M glass.

Other ideas?

Great idea for a helicoid! Better high iso performance is to be expected and I think that will be a huge asset.

My main beef is not with the mount/sensor but the body. Integrated EVF would be great. would be even better with a rangefinder-like frame line. If it had a nice red frame line like the M9 Titanium that would be really nice. I miss having some space around the image as well. While 100% view is nice, I'd much prefer some padding around the image area.

That said, I still prefer the GXR body and menu system to the newer Sony Nex 5n.
