sorry... i noticed my r-d1 has spots on the images,
consistently in the same place across
the images.
are these dusts on the sensor ?
how can i fix it ?

I think they're dead or hot pixels. There is a command in the menu that maps them out.
added: they're not much to worry about, you've just reminded me to run the command on mine again as I saw a few in my files the other day.

Yup, dead or stuck pixels. They're also automagically mapped out in Lightroom's developer mode. I wouldn't worry too much about it, although these are quite a lot tbh.

There's a 'Dead Pixel Correction' setting in the 'Basic Setup Menu'.
"Be sure to attach the lens cap before executing this feature. Otherwise correct pixels may be incorrectlty calibrated"...."Repeat this procedure every few months"
"For pixels that cannot be corrected with this setting try Long Exp Noise Reduction"
