I've seen this film on Flickr, but I can't figure out what it is. Is it rebranded Rollei 400? If not that, then what? Where can I buy it?

It was, maybe still is, sold in "selected markets" by Ilford/Harmann

Although not sold officially in the Uk it is available:

It appears "selected markets" are where Harmann/Ilford do not have a distributor.

Dated 2004

Quote" ILFORD Pan 100 and Pan 400 films are similar in technology to our FP4+ and HP5+; ie, they are conventional technology films, not advanced technology films like the Delta line.
However, the tolerances and specifications for these films are not as tight as those for FP4+ and HP5+.

Dated 2002

Quote "The Pan 100 and Pan 400 films are based on FP4+ and HP5+ technology, and are similar to these films, but are produced to lower specifications and tolorances. While the quality is acceptable, these films are lower in quality than the Plus or Delta films.

I note that First Call prefers HP5+ for high quality or exhibition work. Also that the date on the data sheet is 2002. Hmmm..

Vic, editing as I posted, looks like the pack shots are current production from the perforated opening slot.
Imaging warehouse link to the same 2002 data sheet from their page.
