What is this?

Can anyone identify this rangefinder? It looks like a fixed lens so I'm asking here, but I may be wrong on that. Just don't know what it is:

The green rangefinder window lead me to thinking it was a Petri rangefinder. So I looked at some images on google and its a Petri Racer.

This image may be just a stock image which someone has photoshopped out all of the identifying features from the camera.
