Hard to say, no screaming deals, just a few ok deals. Last one was a “jammed “ OM-4Ti for $35 that just needed new batteries to bring it to full functioning.

I think it's my present Rolleiflex 2.8D.
It's my 3rd one of this model.
The price was half of average which is cool ... it's the condition that makes it a score.
The Xenotar lens as well as the viewing lens are absolutely spotless.
They are completely new. No dust inside. Not a touch to the coatings, no sign of cleaning.... really remarkable.
It's a time-capsule and now I'm using it

Mint Leica IIIc with 3.5/50 Elmar at a garage sale. It's been a few years, but I think I paid $100 for it. It had sat in a drawer for a few decades after the owner purchased it in Germany in the early 50's.

Maybe not the most screaming deal, but one I'm glad happened:
Saw a craigslist ad for a bunch of filters. No real price asked. A lot of them were RF sizes such as 39 and 46mm. But in the photo I could spy a small item that said "E. Leitz Wetzlar" on it. No idea what it was from the awful photo.
So I met up with the seller and got several nice filters (including Leica and B+W filters) and a SHOOC all for $15. I casually collect Leica screwmount junk and a SHOOC is not a commonly found item on craigslist.
What's a SHOOC? --The 135mm brightline finder. Mine is "mint" in the little leather case. No box though

These two more recently. Got them in two consecutive car boot sales.
Top one for a pound, bottom one for a fiver.

Picked up a new in box Sigma 21-35mm AF zoom from Hunt Camera for about $45 plus shipping. It came complete with Sigma warranty paperwork.

This was a near-score, but it's too good not to share. Picked up an M3 off Craigslist for a good deal, came with a non-matching Leica ever-ready case. The late owner apparently had boxes of Leica gear that the family had sold off years before (sounds like they didn't know much about what it was), but I was happy to get the last of their collection. That is, until I realized the leather case was actually an original case for the first MP with Leicavit...
Whoever bought that collection got very, very lucky.
