I used a Pentax K1000 almost exclusively for about 20 years (1983-2003 or so), mostly with the SMC 50/2, but later adding a 24/2.8 Vivitar wide. The K1000 was well regarded when it came out, and soon became a classic.

Leica M6 from ~1994 and a Hasselblad 501c from ~1996 remain my best long term users.
The 2013 Pentax Q7 with 8/1.9 still manages to slip into a bag from time to time.

My K1000 with the M 50/2 was my one and only camera for many, many years until my wife bought a digital point and shoot, an Epson as I remember.
Still have the K1000 and use it regularly. The M-A, picked up when it came out in 2014 if my memory serves me right, has replaced it as my top used camera.
The K1000 was, and still is, a magnificent piece of equipment.

My two oldest cameras are:
A chrome Leica M2 with Elmar 2,8/50, bought second hand. I saved money from selling newspapers on sunday mornings as a young school-boy and bought it in 1969. My school teacher sold his camera to me for 900 Skr, about 90 $.
Rolleiflex Tessar 3,5/75 which I bought earlier in 1968 in a Photo store för 375 Skr, about 37,5 $.
Of these two I have used the Leica most, I bought a new black Summicron 2/35 after two or three years and also a new Elmar 2,8/90 some time later.
I still own both cameras now after 50 years (yes, I am old and I will soon retire!) and use them a couple of times each year. They still work fine. But now when I am older I can afford more cameras and lenses. I have bought some of my old dream cameras in the last years. I now have among others a M3, M4P, M6, M9 and M (240). Of these I like best the M2 and the M6, but the M9 is also a nice camera if you want digital images!

Have had Leica M film cameras of various types since 1974 starting with a Leica CL. I have owned every film model up to the M7 but the one I have owned and used the most is the M2.

Longest film camera is my Canon FTb, I bought it used in 1976, used it heavily thru my photo grad program in ‘81-82, then for PR work before switching to a Nikon n90s. Now Im almost all digital - X-Pro 2, XT-3, X100F...

My longest and most used is a very battered Minolta XD-11 that I purchased used sometime around 1994. I don’t use it as much as I used to because I’ve accumulated a lot of cameras and I try to rotate them as much as possible but the XD-11 was my main shooter for about 15 years and I have no idea how many rolls I’ve put through it.
I’ve never owned a digital camera so I have to take a pass on the second question.

Digital: I have a few digicams and DSLRs from the early 2000s that are still working (Canon Powershot S45, Pentax *ist D) but I cannot say I use them very often. The oldest digital camera that I still use regularly is a Sigma DP1. I bought one new in 2008, but it ceased to function early this year (lens not extending), so I bought another one on eBay because who needs more than 4.7 megapixels?
Wow, are you me? My first digital camera was the Canon S45, which is still working after 17 years - surely it can't be that old?? And I also bought a Sigma DP1 brand new in 2008, although mine is still working, touch wood. I'm constantly surprised and pleased by the output of the DP1, it's one of my all time favourite cameras. I don't use it as much as before, but it gets a good run two or three times a year for special occasions and trips.
