Looks like a combination of fungus and cleaning with a brillo pad.
Having owned used three of those lenses, I'd vote to junk it and pick up almost anything else as a replacement.

Nope...not fungus -it usually has a leaf pattern...not condensation...oil? Too many mysteries on RFF today -reference to Faris's recent post.

So what i see is water residue? Other than that the Lens seems to be fine btw.

Well. One thing I see is the familiar brillo pad cleaning marks. I have Nikkor 50/1.4 with an objective that was seriously scrubbed with a scout pad and a generous helping of fine beach sand.
The other weird thing I see above appears to be coating damage. I have seen it before a couple of times...once on a UV/IR filter, another time on a rollei lens that had Pepsi splattered on it. The soda somehow damaged the coating. The lens above looks like the soda was inside the lens!
