According to the Communist Camera Website, it is a 2e or a 2f depending on the speeds.

The speeds are B 1/30 1/60 1/125 1/250 1/500 - if that gives you any lead.

If it came with an Industar 61 lens with lanthane elements it would be a FED-2 L, 1963 - 1969. The type e didn't have strap lugs.
