What takes 19mm PUSH ON filters?

I bought a couple of B+W filters (yellow-green and 81A) on eBay thinking they were for an Elmar but they turned out to be push-on rather than threaded. They weren't hugely expensive so I'm happy just to sell them on, but I'd like to be able to say what they're for in the listing. Any ideas?

Sorry, I couldn't resist. And I have no clue what would take something that small.

My guess is that they're probably for movie camera lenses. Some 8mm movie camera lenses are really small.
