What the heck was this?

Dunno if this was a scam or not( I almost put this in the "off topic" forum--Moods, feel free to move it where ever would be more appropriate!) but some body apparently scored a Konica Hexar Titanium for the insane price of $16 US including shipping.?????????????

Seems like some body is getting scr@wed in this deal. I've never sold any thing on the bay but I wonder if the seller mis-typed the BIN price? And if so, is he obligated to honor this? Or is it a scam the other way; some insanely cheap deal and the seller simply charges the heck out of the buyer's paypal account?
What do y'all think?

Fair enough. That was only speculation on my part.
I have to say, that after seeing this auction, I feel a little bit peeved that I paid $25 for the FED3 I bought...😀

Well, not yet, actually. But I give myself much higher odds on being happy with the delivery time than that buyer--I'm guessing about a week from now I will have the FED and I wouldn't care to hazard any kind of guess about the Hexar.
