I think we should change the beverage from Coffee, however. To distinguish us. And anyway, I think the TLR crowd is rowdier, more rough and tumble, so maybe some Pisco? Or perhaps we're more refined, and perhaps bottles of red wine go better with the large cameras. I'll have to try it out and *hiccup* post a pic.

How about TLRs with any liquid that's been fermented?

Champagne goes well with any camera, but specifically well with TLRs.

Nice thread going here! I respectfully suggest that what ever beverage one chooses to place near the TLRs, it should be a double.

I agree! That's the spirit (pun intended) of a TLR.rbiemer said:Nice thread going here! I respectfully suggest that what ever beverage one chooses to place near the TLRs, it should be a double.

I took out the Rollei this morning with a roll of HP5+ and some Tri-X for backup. After I left Starbucks I enjoyed some mild spring weather and shot in some fantastic soft morning light.
A mostly retro morning. TLR, Moleskine notebook, fountain pen, coffee, and hand-held meter. Taken with a digi of course

What the TLR Forum needs first of all is a way to reach it! I don't see it listed on the list of Forums on the left side of the main page.

Nick, it's not on the front page yet, but if you click on Forum, it's listed under Miscellaneous Topics.

I regret every camera I ever sold, and the GSN was near the top of the list. I don't want to talk about the Bessaflex.

Couldn't resist another posting of the "TLR" that was the container for the beverage.

Always wondered who made these and why. Or, why not I guess.

Great shot, Melanie. The Peets coffee image hurts, as I'm a California expatriate (M.A., San Francisco State University) it vexes me that it's not available in these parts. However, we have two local businesses that produce a viable product, Bisbee Coffee Company and Old Bisbee Roasters. Probably both have websites.

I vote for red wine, being the most appropriate beverage for you TLR... Hic !!
