Just wondering- what type of film is everyone shooting?
For me, I mainly use 35mm B&W and 35mm Color Slide
Sometimes, I'll throw a roll of Portra into my dad's Pentax 645
I like the results I've seen others get from Portra, but I can't duplicate them...

Almost all slide 120 format. Previously only Provia 400X, now also provia 100F and Velvia 50. Sometimes some HP5+ as I always tell myself I'll develop it myself. But each time I have to go to the lab to get the slides developed I take the b&w along as well.
As for format 90% 6x4.5, a bit of 6x9, took up 6x17 and from time to time some 6x6.

I shoot primarily tri-x and Portra 400 through my Fuji 6x9. Really wish medium format shooting supported bulk loading...that'd be the dream.

What film types keep you shooting film?
For 35mm film, I mostly work with ACROS 100 and XP2 Super, with a smattering of other oddities (like SuperPan 200, Agfa APX25, etc) depending on what I'm interested to go for. For 6x6, again XP2 Super and ACROS 100.
I see little real point to shooting color film anymore, digital capture makes color so much more sensible to work with. But I enjoy working with long expired, abused, color negative films for the unique imaging they afford.
I also use all The Impossible Project B&W and Color films for Polaroid SX-70, 600 and Spectra cameras.

I agree with Godfrey on colour film ,it just got too expensive to get processed, so nearly all 120 w+w tmax 100 ,acros , just ordered some fomapan 200 , I liked the tones last time I used it but not the pin holes.

Bought some 35mm Arista Premium 400, both 36 & 24 exposures. I have been told it is Tri-X.

I shoot 100% film, 90% b/w mainly Acros and TMY. Format wise I prefer 6x6 with Rolleiflex, some 135 with Leica and occasionally 4x5.

I mostly shoot 35mm B&W (Tri-X/Arista Premium), along with a small amount of 35mm colour negative (2-3 rolls of Superia 200 is all so far, but I will try Ektar and Portra 160 next year). I'll be shooting a few rolls of 35mm slide over the next 5-6 weeks as well.
I also shot a bunch of 120 film with a borrowed Yashica Mat and a Mamiya RB67 last month. Mostly B&W (XP2 & FP4), but also some Velvia 50.

120, mainly Acros and Foma, then Tri-X for 400 in b&w. Ektar, Provia, Reala, Fuj 400H, Velvia for Color (more rare that I shoot color though).
120 Formats: 6*6 (Hassy, Rolleiflexes), 6*7 (Mamiya) and 6*9 (Moskva-5 and soon also my "new" Voigtländer Bessa II with the color Heliar \o/ ).
No idea on what 'look' you're after concerning color, but remember that these films could and was often shot using filters. Shooting Ektar 100 as a 25-50 ASA film, can create some really pastel looking results.

Tri-X, 35mm, either ISO 400 in D-23 or 1250 in Diafine. Developed and printed at home, sometimes scanned for work as well.
