What went wrong in the proces

First a little information, ist a fp4 rollfilm, developed in aculux. The rest of the film is in good shape. I have no idea what have happened, hope that some of the experienced guys can help me.

looks like an accidental double exposure on this frame, though I'm not sure about the color, if that's what you're asking about...

I also think double exposure , had some recently when a film back from my etrsi played up.

thanks slantface, i think that your right, it is a double eposure. sometimes there is just to much to think about
