Geico car insurance bill, paycheck stub, Yashica Lynx 14 with lens hood, Anniversary card I was supposed to mail to my wife last month, a torn-up copy of "Portrait Manual" by ES Bombeck (2nd Edition), some loose SD cards and oh look, there's that 128k SmartMedia card I've been looking for.
A 58mm Expo Disc, a McDonald's BBQ Sauce cup, some rather filthy-looking q-tips. Kroger generic naproxen sodium (Alieve), plastic toothpicks from CVS (99 cents) and a Kodak Ektanar enlarging lens I use as a loupe. A red LED flashlight shaped like a steam train, and a roll of previously-exposed Kodak Vericolor 400 in 220 for some reason.
A pair of unused chopsticks, a Tiger Cloth for lenses, a small Wiha-brand screwdriver. A generic Chinese-made version of a Sto Fen Omnibounce with gaffer's tape on it to hold it onto the flash, which I don't seem to have.
Two rolls of Kodak Tri-X in 35mm (36 exposure) and a Spyderco Co-Pilot pocketknife with serrated edge.
And now that I shake the bag out, the mortal remains of something resembles some sort of oddly-shaped insect or a very small bird. Ah! And a kleenex - previously offended against.

Ok so it WAS in the bag but I took it out for a mid-day walk around town (the light is really good here today, even mid-day) and finished off a roll of Tmax 100: Bronica ETRS with the 50/2.8 PE lens.
In my Timbuk2 - my "real" camera bag - a bright orange padded insert (from a Naneu Pro bag) holds my M6/35mm Summilux ASPH with 15 frames to go on a roll of Velvia 50. I'm trying out a Zhou half-case on the M6 - since I'm not normally a case user it is taking some getting used to.
There's the Panasonic LX-2, a bottle of Pepcid Complete, an old Tylenol bottle filled with generic (which I just took four of - bad sinuses today - lots of pollen in the air), cases for reading, regular and sun glasses (need all while my favorite frames are away getting new progressive lenses), business cards, Moleskine, a tin of Bawls mints, expired driver's license, some files for work, some prints of the kids, a stash of pens and markers, couple of rolls of exposed film, 4 gig thumb drive, a wireless fob for a project I'm working on, ahhh... here's some receipts I should have given to my bookkeeper last year (s**t), my cell phone (mercifully quiet at the moment... checking... yes, it's on). Oh and here is the physical inventory from the warehouse I did this morning, which reminds me it's time to get back to work.
Ok, maybe after I make an espresso and spend a few more minutes with RFF while I drink it.

In work briefcase: Hexar RF with col.Summicron and HP5 (not HP5+, this is old!) Contax TVS with supermarket 100 col.neg film, and a Gossen Pilot2 light meter because I'm traning my my to judge exposure. I take a guess and then check with the meter. Some situations are easy, others are trickier.

Today I photographed a house I've spent the past 8 months re-building to flip (Closing is in two weeks!) so I was carrying WAY more kit than in a normal day; 1 M3 and a Bessa L; 15mm, 21mm, and 25mm CV's; 35mm 'cron, 50mm DR, 90mm Elmarit-M; meter, tripod, (not in the bag...) notebook, pen, Sharpie and some gaf tape; keys, yellow filter, mints (leftover from the last wedding I shot- fresh breath is vital at a wedding!). Plenty of Fuji Neopan in my pockets, and a roll of 400 NPH in the Bessa L (the first roll of color film I've shot in months!). The Nikon D70 with a 28mm never even came out of the bag, nor did it's extra card and battery. When carrying all this gear today, the Domke F6 I had it in felt just slightly-over-stuffed; when working working out of it with a camera over a shoulder and another on the tripod, it felt fine. (The Nikon was mostly just ballast in the bag hung on the tripod today, though I might have used it.)
By the way, if anyone is interested in the house, it can be found here. I shot about half of the pictures here, and did a lot of the work on the house.

I have 2 bags. Well really 3 bags but one is one of those heavy slr type bags that no one carries anymore. In my Tamrac bag I have my Bessa R with I-61 lens attached. My 35/2.5 color skopar. I have some cleaning papers,( I wonder if anyone has ever tried rolling a joint with them)
a few rolls of film, a tele wide finder. I keep it stored in the bag so I won't loose it. I think thats it. My other carry around bag has my Canon AE-1p.
