What's the best way to clean haze and fungus?

I do have household ammonia and bleach ready, so worst comes to worst, I am ready to go.

Uh... don't use them both at once, okay? Worst really will come to worst. That would be one of those horrible mistakes I mentioned earlier.

My friend just recently cleaned a really bad looking lens with hand diswashing agent and water (after dismantling the elements of course). It came out looking brilliant.
