Very good point - ALL the Skopars are tack sharp wide open, the 35 pancake is amazing so and all are very compact, my only argument against the non-Pancake Skopars is the lack of a proper focus ring, those levers drive me nuts (it always seems to be in the wrong place for the distance range I`m trying to focus) ..
I`m really glad they make the bulky Noktons and Ultrons though, especially at the excellent prices they are, I was shooting interiors with the 28 Ultron and was struggling with the "slow" F1.9 ;-) as I couldn`t use a tripod. I can Guarantee that I`ll be wishing the 50 Nokton was F1.2 before long 😉
