That being said the human is still going to be the weakest link in the chain.Problem with tiny shutter P&S most of times is that designers haven't had smooth release as a goal.

I use the gr1v (its 28mm not 35 though) very tiny, steady, and durable.

Lots of great cameras, some I even have. But this is my best, and by far (wish they were all like this):

I agree. P7s has very very light and easy traveling shutter release. I'm sorry, though even my beloved Lynxes which I refer as standard for budget cameras, go behind 7s by hair in release department.

Well, if we're allowed to mention MF, Alpa with 38/4.5 Biogon, first series, Compur shutter.

Once we're allowed to include MF cameras, it might be impossible to beat the Fuji 690GL with the (electronic shutter) 100mm AE lens - that must be the most extreme combination of soft shutter and heavy camera.
