I'd say this is exactly the kind of case that shouldn't be speculated about on the internet.
We don't know the details, and even if we know the details, we may not know the DETAILS.
Keep in mind too that Mr. Shell may well be reading this forum, and probablly would not like his very serious case wildly speculated about.
