Hi,

I need parts like the ones pictured, with an inner dimension of 25mm. It's a holder for a carrying strap that's fastened with screws. Whats the name for this part in ye olde English, or what should I google?

I tried: suitcase hardware, handle holder, handle hardware, handle buckle and every imaginable combination of those words, to no avail.

Thanks!

Joachim

VictorM is very close if not exactly right. I would think you will have to contact a Graflex repair person for the part. There should be thousands of junked bodies out there that you could get the lugs from, it's just a matter of contacting the right person. You might try the Large Format Forum, someone should be able to help you.

I believe I've seen these -- The detachable flash mounts to these?? ...

Nope.

On the older model Graphic Press models, like the one pictured, the flash attachment "receiver" was mounted to the side-mount rangefinder's housing on the other side of the camera.

The strap lugs were set up with the leather strap looped through the top one and attached to the bottom one with a metal clip. You could unclip the one end of the strap to get access to the side tripod socket when attaching the camera to a tripod for vertical shots.

I have a set of the lugs I could pull off of a parted-out Crown Graphic. Even has a strap and connecting hardware that looks nicer than what you have. Send me a PM.

Hi everyone, thank you for your answers!

I'm not specifically after the graphic set, but generic ones for another camera, that's why I wanted the name of the part 🙂

Alternatives I've found so far are gun sling swivels, there seem to be a few that can be screwed in, and something called a footman loop.
