So, the M2 has lines for 35, 50 and 90
and the M3 for 50, 90 and 135.

And my M7 (quality instrument that it is) is off in Solms under guarantee...

So the M3 doesn't have lines for the ZM25, ZM35 or Summilux 75
and the M2 doesn't have lines for the ZM25 or 75.

😡

I wan't my cluttered M7 (with bright viewfinder) back!

The "clutter" never bothered me, but...and I love my M6s...but...

1. I prefer the pre-M4-P style 90mm framelines with corners

2. I tried but never could make the 75mm "framelines" work for me, so gave up on that focal length, with real regret

As far as clutter goes, though, 135/35 and 28/90 are too far away to be a distraction and I can live with the 75 when using the 50.

I don't have a problem with either the framelines or the LEDs. Maybe because I came from a Nikon SLR background. Even the blinking at the bottom when I have 100ISO loaded in a 400ISO DX coded cassette doesn't bother me. But then I'm not too good at framing either... 😉 I can focus though. 🙂

It just doesn't matter

Then there are Bigfoot & Bubba. A complimentary pair of M5s. Bigfoot is all original: 35/135, 50 & 90. Bubba is a hybrid. The previous owner had new framelines installed: 28/90, 35/135 & 50/75. They are all good. I can still make bad pictures no matter what the frameline arrangement. 😀
