what's wrong with my lens ?

I agree with Peter, not likey a lens problem.

Look to the right side of the frame, the piping on the front of the sofa is relatively sharp, you seem to have front-focused. Throw in some subject movement and camera movement from a slow shutter speed, and you have a blurry image.

That said, it is possible that your rangefinder is not exactly calibrated with that lens. Suggest that you try a test with the camera on a tripod or on a table, to eliminate shaking.

Do you have an image taken outside?

Also possible de-centering of the lens elements. Right side of the front of the sofa, although soft, is sharper than the left side.

Barrel distortion is noticeable.

Take picture of the brick wall at different apertures and better on tripod.
Then focus on the ruler by 45 degree, remember which distance mark (use some in the middle) and upload these images in big size.
This will tell us and we will tell you if it is focus or de centering.

Then take flashlight test to check it for haze. Google - lens flashlight test.

Agree with everyone here.. this does not look like haze to me. Def do the flashlight test... this much haze would be pretty noticeable.

The picture has a strange glow to it.. that's weird... can you post more examples?

Has this lens ever given focused images? If so, was it worked on recently? Looks to me like a lens element is not seated properly. The combination of the 'lens baby' tiled focus plane and the crazy bug eyes on the center bear look like a combo of optical and mechanical flaws.
