Well the image is removed and I got an apology added to the comments on my post - http://aperturepriority.co.nz/2014/10/18/camera-stores-steal-photos/
I think it's from someone else in DiseFoto as the English is better.
It got a little weird yesterday when I started to receive emails from the individual that had "mistakenly" used my image. Citing "pressure" "inexperience" and what I suspect was the actual truth "the marketing director in Germany wouldn’t send me the picture"
The email then took an about turn and I was described as "mean" and "full of anger" for mentioning what had happened on my blog.
All done and dusted now....
