Hi, I bought a couple of those 20-packs not long ago, (maybe 2-3 months) and threw away all cardboard boxes without even taking a look at the date... Now I just saw on their site those rolls have short-date... Could someone tell me the date, please?

Thanks!

Catalog says January 2011

Catalog says January 2011

I was perusing the Freestyle paper-catalog last night. Legacy Pro stuff is asterisked with a footnote that says the expiration date is January 2011. Shoot fast, shoot frequently, or use the fridge.

Sorry for the off-topic but...

Jim, I have some 1984 Agfa Superpan 200 and can't find any developing times anywhere. Do you have any familiarity with that film and perhaps some advice?

I tried it at 10.5 minutes in D-76 1+1 but it came out very flat. (and base foggy too)

Should I shoot it at 100?

Thanks, Bill

I agree, contact Freestyle.

B&W usually can last a long time, especially if refrigerated or frozen. I still have some Agfa 25 in my freezer that's been there since the late 1980's. Still looks excellent when processed.

It is 100 film, and I think it is Fuji Acros repacked

If you put it in a fridge it should last at least 5 years after the expiration date
If you keep it out 1-2 years
