I've got an Industar 55/2.8 lens that carries a serial number of 9202431 And I'm curious as to when it was made? I've done quite a bit of research and that leaves me w/ more questions than answers.
Thanks for your help,
Bill

The serial suggests 1992. is it an I61 LD and is it’s rear cap a Fed 5v?

Based on this, Industars in the 920xxxx range are something special: Soviet and Russian Cameras

This is the regular Industar 61 L/D:

I've never seen an Industar 61 that looked any different to this (although they do have coloured text - this is just a B&W photograph).
This is the Industar that was made for the FED 6TTL prototypes:

According to SovietCams, the 920xxxx serial numbers were used for these prototypes, so I'm curious which style of lens you have.
