I am visiting the states at the time so it is my chance to stack up.

Where can i find good deals on 35mm film ?

I am in Alabama at the momement, so ordering online is my best bet, right ?

which website should i use ?????

Use the search feature here. This is covered all the time. where are you in Alabama? What format film? They sell film in Alabama too.

Freestyle and B&H. Use GOOGLE to find them.

Freestyle's Arista Premium 100 135-36 film is Kodak Plus-X. Arista Premium 400 135-36 is Kodak Tri-X. Freestyle's Arista Ultra Edu films are Foma films.

For most films, I like the prices and availabilirty at adorama.com. For the less mainstream, particularly Black and White, films, try freestylephoto.biz , ultrafineonline.com or digitaltruth.com

DO NOT! Place your film in your checked luggage for the trip home.

I've always used freestyle, but I think that now I might try ultrafineonline.

Yep Adorama is one of the best

For 35mm or 120 you can't beat the personal service from www.JUSTFILMSF.com ( San Francisco, USA)
Especially if you are traveling around and may need it quickly. They're on the west coast and I'm on the east, and I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and had it in my hands late morning on Friday. Only $5 shipping fee and nothing special like 2 day or anything. Just USPS Priority Mail.

Thanks!

That is good to know. I'm in the middle of the country so delivery shouldn't be any slower. Freestyle delivery time to just east of Dallas is about the same.

I have nothing against Freestyle, Adorama or B&H, and have used all of them over the years and have been satisfied.

But I'll use JUSTFILMSF first from now on since it's a one or two person operation and I like to give the little guy a chance. Plus, I've needed to email him and he's gotten back to me personally and quickly. I feel that if I should have a problem with my order and contact him, he'll know what I'm talking about and be able to check on things and get back to me with the status. With the others I get the feeling that my email is getting lost in a huge company's server, never knowing if I should expect a response quickly or even at all.

While I appreciate this concern I also think you're presuming things about the larger companies which perhaps you should test before presuming. B&H and Adorama are both here and obviously not merely available but eager to offer any assistance.

Speaking only for myself, I have 20+ years experience as a full-time professional photographer and 15 years experience at B&H. I am very confident I'll know what you're talking about both technically and from the customer perspective, and be able to check on things and get back to you with the status.

Haven't seen this mentioned before, but Buy.com offers free shipping on various Kodak films (Ektar, Portra lines in 120/220/135 formats). I believe the order goes through Adorama.
