Where can I get a Canon 35/2 lens repaired? In NYC?

Does anyone know where I can get a Canon 35/2 lens repaired? The aperture blades got loose and are now completely off (inside the lens). I haven't used the lens since this happened 8 years ago and a local repair guy said he couldn't fix it. It's been in a showbox ever since.

I would love to find a place nearby in New York City if anyone knows of a place.
