Where can I get a rear m39 lens cap?

The local camera stores don't seem to have them, from the biggest in town to the one around the corner. The ones on Ebay and the big mail order places are expensive. Maybe if I did not live in a small town like Los Angeles, it might be easier! 🙂

I hate the idea of paying over $15 to get a rear lens cap. I can get Canon and Pentax rear lens caps for less than $4 each.

Any ideas?

There's plastic rear caps on ebay that are cheap, about $9 for two. Don't like the sound of 'plastic'? Call them bakelite 😀 .

I use the caps from film canisters - they usually fit perfectly on the rangefinder cam. And I can have piles of them at no extra cost too 🙂

Too many choices. I've bought from Heavystar and can easily recommend him, but search his 'store' for the best price. For some unknown reason, he lists the same items for different prices at different times.
