Where can I get rabbit ears for Nikon Lenses?

I picked up a Nikon F with a photomatic T prism and a Nikkor S 50mm f/1.4 lens today and well, I like like it quite a bit. The only problem is that my Nikkor lens compliment sort of spans the many decades of Nikon lens production, and not all of my lenses have the "rabbit ears" that are compatible with the F and F2 style prism meters.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that I could get these rabbit ears so that I could install them on my AF and AF-D lenses?

I know it can be done, and after a bit of searching I found a post or two that discussed having this done, but no mention of where the rabbit ears were acquired.

Different lenses use different rabbit ears because they have different curvatures.
