I am from China, interested in black & white shooting. English books about photography, artists, darkroom practice are little available, even in library. They are too expensive compared with our salary.
Could anyone suggest where I could freely read/download the softcopy of these books, not for commercial purpose, just for self-study and self-improvement. If you have any softcopy of the works of b&w masters, darkroom practice, pls. send it to tennisplayboy@hotmail.com

google books has a few photography and historic processes books
Henry Horenstein offers his BW photo course for free in the net
I have some others as pdf
Books of recipes can be found (even piece by piece) and books of images can also be found
Specially now that google has the whole time-life library on line
