Where do we stand on film/digital?

Mid-60s F in Sacramento, light wind, clear skies, lots of sun. Great weather except we need more rain and snow (speaking as someone w/ a keen interest in hydrology).

I voted, as a hobbyist, mainly film, w/ an emphasis on the "mainly" since I do shoot digital from time to time.

Film only works fine for me. I do not have the time nor the will strong enough to fiddle with all the buttons and menus on a digital body. But that's just me. I'm lazy 🙂, and only do photography for pleasure.

i've not made money from this in a while. too busy with day job - corporate - telephony software. Film feels good to get away from the computer.

Near Kuala Lumpur Malaysia...... cloudy, 26C or 79F at the moment...... should be up in the 90'sF or 30'sC later.

and btw, for me it is just a hobby..... mostly in films except for family outings, may add a bit of digital from my Canon G9.

Since I came to RFF I stopped working in photography... 🙂 So film 100%, and hobby 100%, three years ago...

I'm in the digital part of my film / digital cycle, so 100% digital. Just don't have the time, currently, for film. As it is only a hobby, it doesn't matter.
