I have to disagree with the good "beer" comments. They have good lager, but their attempts at proper beer are horrible (much too much gas).
EDIT:
Also, you must have some "proper" Absinth and at least try "Fernet Stock" - this "drink" will put hair on anyones shoulders.
It's a shame that there are so many stag/hen do's in Prague, the centre becomes weary with people trying to get you into sex shows (of any type you can imagine) or clubs at night. And I felt this reflected in the attitude of the residents towards tourists.
