i searched about 10 pages in this forum section but can't seem to find it...

It's pretty straight forward.
C-41 is C-41.
Not like B&W with a large number of different developers.
The developer temp shouldn't vary during process. You can put water in a pan at the desired temp and put the tank in to keep the keep the same during developing. Just have enough water for the sides of the tank. Don't totally immerse it as it will mix with the developer in the tank.
The other steps the temp isn't as critical.
When I was film based I did my own developing then, later on, had another firm scan the negs.
That's about it.
