The usual suspects are propably www.keh.com along with www.adorama.com. The latter lists Canon RF lenses under "Leica Screwmount" on the used equipment dept.

I've found knight-camera and woodmerecamera to be good as well. They sometimes have Leica screw mount lenses for sale.
