Need some ID 25-26mm OD 33mm, thickness 0.1mm, 0.2mm and 0.3mm shim washer for adjust infinite focus. Any suggestion where can I find some?
Where to find some shim washer for 00 size shutter?

Where are these for? What mfgr of shutter....and model of shutter
I do not understand what you are going for shims for...lens groups? front flange or mech plate. ?? (25-26mm OD 33mm sounds like flange size)
Unless you have messed with the lens groups ??
Please more info and or pictures.

Does it have a helical? I would cut some stock with the lathe, I am a bit confused ?

I am working on a Minolta autocord, I replaced the Citizen shutter, which both has a front to rear distance of 16mm. However, the infinity focus point is back focus (I need shim [red 2140] to bring it to focus at infinity). I do not know why. The old shutter has a 72mm pencil hand writing on it, I guess the lens is 72mm instead labeled 75mm.

Not all lens focal lengths from the same maker are exactly the same. They can vary by several milimeters. That is why many makers use shims on some but not others..
Finding the actual shims is nearly impossible without extra parts cameras but many hobby shops will carry brass sheets in various thickness which you can use to cut your own.. I've cut many shim stock from these sheets.

For that range of thickness, you might be able to find some suitable paper or thin card and cut them out with a craft knife. I have found thin card/paper, as well as metal, shims in vintage cameras that were obviously factory-fitted. I have cut my own if needed during e.g. a lens/shutter transplant 😉.
