Where To Get Grip For P? Add Knuckle Strap?

I saw the grips that joe has on his Ps. Where did you get them? I searched for "M grip" but couldn't find a vendor.

Also, what do you think about installing a third strap lug at the corner of the M grip, then a strap from that lug to the stock lug below the film advance lever? I have this arrangement on my new (to me) Nikon F/F36 and really like it. The strap goes over my knuckles and makes for a very secure one-handed hold.

yep, that's it - photoequip.
but mine are the older style, more angled. eric's newer style is a rounded front part.

i have used rounded grips on other cameras and prefer the angled, more squared off ones. they are easier to hold onto with just a finger or 2, though the rounded ones work also.

i also use wrist straps and when cinched tighter at the wrist are very secure.
