Where to get Leica lens caps and shades?

I have a number of Leica lenses that I bought used that are missing their lens caps (both ends) and for which I would like to get a lens shade. Where do you get yours from? I'm interested more in functionality than in collectibility, so it doesn't have to be Leica oem caps or shades.

authentic Leica caps : B&H (expensive)

knock-off Leica caps : American Eagle or Old English China on Ebay ... Heavystar might have some ideas as well

Contact Leica as well. At least when it comes to rear caps, they should be able to offer them at a decent price. Otherwise, I've purchased a couple of rear lens caps on eBay from GAPJOHN. At least, that's what I remember. Otherwise, Tom's right about the other vendors.
