Where to get Minolta scan software?

Hi Folks,

I just went out and bought a Konica Minolta Dimage Scan Elite II from new/old stock, but can't seem to find a newer version of the dimage scan software (it came with version 1.0.0 instead of 1.1.1). Anyone know where I can get it? The KM site passes the buck to Sony, but Sony's website doesn't seem to offer any files. Surely there must be someone on the web who has this? Though I don't like it, Vuescan may work. At least you can try it for free.

If not:
1- google search minolta
2- first option should be konica minolta global, click on that
3- click download on the top menu
4- scroll down and click on camera support worldwide
5- then digital camera blahblahblah for the americas and it should be easy from here on
I bought the same scanner as you about three months ago, got everything the same way. I also downloaded everything else that may be of interest to me in the future, Scan Elite 5400 II, etc.
