Which 6-bit coded adapter for CV 28mm f/3.5 lens?

I bought a coded kipon adapter off ebay and it mounts the lens 90 degrees off center on my M8. That's unacceptable to me, so I'm wondering which 6-bit adapters people have been having luck with?

Thanks DN. Where is there info on the Milich adapters? I can never seem to find anything each time I search (other than threads about them and his e-mail address)...
