Which Canon EOS FILM cameras have multi spot metering?

I am aware the EOS 3 and EOS 1v have Multi Spot metering.

Are there other film EOS cameras that offer it?

As far as I'm aware, those are the only two models (the T90 had it, as an FD-mount manual focus camera but, obviously, that means it wasn't an EOS film camera so doesn't make the cut). I know the EOS 1, 1n, and 5 didn't have multi-spot metering, nor did the EOS 30V (aka Elan 7NE) and they seem to me to be the most obvious models which might have had multi-spot metering. That leads me to guess that you've noted the only two EOS models which did. (My two EOS film cameras are a 30V and a 3, so one with and one without.)

I had one and it was truly excellent. However, I've also had OM2n, OM4 and F6 (not multi-spot, I'll grant you) but equally good results - even with slide film where exposure is more critical and multi-spot becomes an even bigger bonus.
