I think I remember that there would be no paid memberships post-gandy. I, today, get a notice that it's time to re-up. When I go to the directed page, I find that no membership is avaivable. Which is correct?

That is correct, ignore the notice. It is automatically generated by the system and I know that Stephen is aware of it. As it has not been disabled then I have to assume there is a problem with giving it the ax as it should not be going out.
