which lens 45mm clamp-on size

Can someone tell me which (Leica) lens uses 45mm clamp-on filters?
Old Summilux perhaps?
I picked up a 12mm Heliar today and am thinking of using a tighter hood to use with the R-D1. Perhaps with a filter included.
I know of the Milich adapters, but they are kinda pricey...

There used to be a 'lenshoodchart' at kbcamera and/or leicagallery. Both addresses no longer exist. Does anyone copy that info? I remember that big chart...
