So far my big little adventure into Nikon rangefinder material has been incredibly lucky, overwhelming and entirely satisfying.
None of the negative things that can possibly come up have happened.
All lenses have been fantastic, bodies beautifully aligned and the most incredible people have reached out and helped me for the itsy bitsy niggles than can happen along the way.

Is it a sign that the Nikon rangefinder gear was calling all along those years while I stubbornly used a Leica? I should have had listened earlier it seems ;-)

Resurrecting an old thread here.

What’s the going rate for the black 3.5cm NKT black BL finder these days? I checked Ebay and the prices are more than a Nikon S2 body.

I saw a copy listed here on RFF and Fredmiranda for $200 but foolishly passed on it. I thought it was expensive then but now I can’t find any sample at the same price point.

I much prefer brightline finders but practically any brand (including CV) have shot up in price, so might as well go for the NKT.
