I'm finding the in-camera noise reduction (default settings) to be ideal, and often will use the JPG for up to 8.5 x 11 prints instead of the RAW.
I do see addl. detail, and sometimes shifted histograms between the RAW and JPG files though.
Which raw processors work best with the ARW files for those who have used multiple converters?

I've tried DXO Optics Pro and Lightroom, and bought the latter. I liked DXO mostly automatic process, but the results looked overprocessed. Lightroom is much easier to work with.
This said, I now shoot only jpg: RAW conversion takes too long for too little gain.

I am an ACDSEE Pro 4 kind of guy but the Sony converter does some cool things, too.

Bridge with Adobe DNG converter (need dng's for cornerfix) and Adobe Camera RAW works pretty well - the colors look good and denoise works well, and you can always open in photoshop if you fee like doing more processing. Probably not the quickest combo, though.

Well-known
Lightroom 3 most of the time and RPP (Raw Photo Processor) when I need the highest quality.
