Don't worry, people trade stuff in all the time.
I use the 21mm Leica ASPH on my M8.2, and really like it. It frames up well with an auxiliary 28mm finder.
I am considering a 15mm CV for my M8.2, as the equivalent 20mm FOV would be useful for me, and probably the widest I'd want on the M8.2. I could use it with my 21mm Zeiss finder.
The 12mm would have a 16mm FOV, which in my experience is wider than I will need. I have a 15mm Nikkor for my Nikons. It is awfully wide, and seldom needed. One good use for it though is to photograph a store front right from the sidewalk, with no cars in the way.
Something I don't know, but would like to, is which lens performs better specifically on the M8.2.
A problem with the LTM 15mm is that the M8/M8.2 should be used with an IR filter. I'm not sure you can put one on the LTM 15.

the new version of the 15mm with M-mount has a filter thread, 52mm. Which if I remember correctly, is a standard filter size that Leica ofcourse does not provide, so I'm gonna have to find a proper filter. Anyone can recommend something?

The B&H website lists several B+W UV/IR filters in 52mm.
