Who has a 42mm Milar Lens? aka Ur-Leica lens

The lens on the Oscar Barnack's Ur-Leica is said by many to be a 42mm f/4.5 Milar lens. Some say of Zeiss manufacture, some say of Leitz manufacture. And of course Oscar probably experimented with a number of lenses over time.

Who has a 42mm Milar lens?
Either Zeiss or Leitz ?
Any lens mount ?

I am doing some research on the Ur-Leica.

Hi Stephen,
I thought the lens that Oscar Barnack finally fitted for use on the Ur-Leica was a 42mm Summar,because the Milar didn't cover the full frame, and the Summar was a lens design that Leitz had the patent rights for since the early 1900's.

There is some uncertainty as to exactly which lens (es) were used on the Ur-Leica.

Tom A believes it was a 42mm Milar lens of ZEISS manufacture!

Barnack worked for Zeiss before he worked for Leitz. Zeiss is said to have rejected the concept, perhaps even the prototype.

The lens on the UR Leica in Solms has no inscription. While the focal length has been measured at 42mm, I have found no reference yet to the lens being taken apart to nail its heritage for certain.

Osterloh describes the lens for the Liliputkamera (Ur-Leica) also as a Summar 4,5/42mm in his essay for the Berek-book.
A micro-lens which covers around 4x4cm. This lens was in production by Leitz since ~1910.
