Really interested in this product. I like that it is now of metal construction. What's it like for actually seeing the whole 21mm frame. What about with glasses?

It's beautifully made, gives an incredibly clear view with minimal distortion. It also made me realize how close 24mm is to 21mm, that I'm almost about to sell off my 24mm Nikkor in favor of my 20mm lens. I didn't get the little velvet pouch with mine, so I store it in a film can when not in use. Kodak makes nice translucent cans now.

I forgot to mention that I wear glasses, and I can see everything - the entire 21mm frame.

can't see the FLs with glasses, no "nose relief" (it sits flush with the rear of the camera)
nice finish/size with the new VC, but i prefer the plastic leica 21mm finder in use

Hmmm. Its the nose relief that I'm concerned about too. I have a cosina finder and I've sometimes taken to pulling it out of the shoe mount a bit just so i can get a better view. The nice thing about the 21 leica finder is that it actually really does work well with glasses. Its just that I'm thinking of switching to a 24 focal length and the voight would give me both options.

that's what i do too - slide the CV finder backwards a touch. the dual use of the CV appeals to me for the same reason, so i live with it. i do prefer the leitz finder in use.
