Who makes good photo notecards?

I am looking for a service in the U.S. that makes good glossy photo 1-fold note cards with envelopes and boxes (the kind with clear tops). And no Tinyprints/Shutterfly/etc. co-op back printing. Quantity pricing is a plus.

Anyone have any success with this?

I've ordered business cards, postcards and calendars from them. They do a nice job in reproducing the subtleties of a photographic image.

Thanks. They're about average on pricing, maybe even higher than Miller's. This might be a job for offset. No one with direct digital seems to have pricing compatible with wholesale activities, and there don't seem to be any economies of scale...
