I picked up sbug's XA, and it was a lot nicer than I thought it would be, but I like my RC 35 better. But then I bought an XA on eBay; however, it turned out to be the zone focus model, darnit.

I have never had an urge to buy a Leica, but I do pine for a Minolta CLE or a Konica Hexar RF.

Funny you should mention that bracket and filter idea. I did see one for sale at a store and it is/was a regular commercial product. I can't recall the brand name though.
