Who should Leica hire as their new CEO?

Hello "Bob Cole"....I like your interesting perspective...but have your looked at a ten or 20 yr. year chart on the value of Kodak stock? does the phrase under performing mean anything?

I agree that a complete removal and new blood is required at Leica. I would be more inclined to have Mr.Kobayashi of Cosina in the drivers seat. This guy seems to have his finger on the pulse of the consumer. But the Kodak boys are a deal killer.

Why not keep Andreas Kaufmann in the job? Leitz family members did a very good job in the past, and it is not inconceivable that Mr. Kaufmann could do the same or better, especially with a good advisory board. This would also have the benefit of enabling any difficult decisions that needed to be made to be taken in a decisive manner.
