This guy does: Wilco Jansen (hassel at zonnet.nl), but I haven't used him and he's in The Netherlands.

Hassy in NJ does a great job. They just did my xpan vf re-alignment... topnotch service. One thing they will not fix is the fuji branded xpan... even though it is the same camera and lenses.

Hasselblad NJ replaced the viewfinder frameline unit in my XPAN, just about one year ago.
